Thank you for your interest in “Camp O’ Fun,” the summer day camp of the Grosse Pointe Public School System!  We are thrilled that you have decided to explore our    program.  Our day camp, located at Ferry Elementary School (748 Roslyn GPW, MI 48236), runs for ten weeks, beginning June 17 and ending August 23, 2013.  We offer quality camp programming from 7:15 AM-6:15 PM Monday-Friday that includes fantastic events and parties, field trips, terrific daily activity options and, of course, our wonderful top-notch staff!

Camp O’ Fun consists of two smaller camps that run alongside one another: Camp O’ Fun Playhouse and Camp O’ Fun Clubhouse.     

The Playhouse is geared for incoming kindergarten through third graders.  These campers will chose from a variety of hands-on, age-appropriate activities in sports, arts, sciences and more that promote team building, creative exploration and that foster a sense of independence.

Our Clubhouse camp is designed with our older campers in mind, specifically those entering 4th grade-middle school.  This camp is designed with choices that encourage your camper to explore his or her own areas of interest.  Clubhouse campers will select their daily activities from a series of clinics and sessions that encourage skill-based development, team work and decision-making.
