Stephanie graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelors of Health Science and Masters of Occupational Therapy. Stephanie began her career as an OT working at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan with adults affected by neurological conditions. Her previous experience also includes several years working in an outpatient pediatric clinic with children affected by autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and sensory processing disorders. Stephanie has received advanced training in oral motor and neurodevelopmental treatment techniques. She is also trained in the Handwriting Without Tears program and is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). Stephanie has worked for the Grosse Pointe School System since 2010, working with students from preschool through high school. Her interests include traveling to new places, reading, and spending quality time with her dogs. |
